Don Meissner meets with the Director of the Retirement Community and together, they determine the needs of the community. BACK TO THE TOP^ Do individual residents pay for any of the Meissner Wellness classes or programs? Residents do not pay directly for any Meissner Wellness classes or programs. BACK TO THE TOP^ How many trainers make up a Meissner Wellness team of staff? That depends on the needs of the Retirement Community Meissner Wellness is serving. The number of trainers could be anywhere from one trainer to 10 trainers or more. BACK TO THE TOP^ What type of contract does Meissner Wellness offer and work from? We start with a one year contract and then work on a 2 year basis after that. BACK TO THE TOP^ Does Meissner Wellness offer a minimum number of classes? Yes. The minimum number is 12 classes per week. BACK TO THE TOP^ Does Meissner Wellness offer a maximum number of classes? No. 60 classes per week is an estimated maximum but Meissner Wellness does not set a maximum limit. BACK TO THE TOP^ What is the cost of implementing Meissner Wellness into a Retirement Community? The cost is determined by the needs of a Retirement Community. Once the needs are determined, a proposal, including it's cost, is offered to the Retirement Community. Meissner Wellness can recommend specific exercise equipment and also design the layout of a fitness room or area. BACK TO THE TOP^ What is the age range of people who have participated in Meissner Wellness programs? The age range has been people in their 60s, 70s, 80s and early 90s. BACK TO THE TOP^ Who is Don Meissner? Don Meissner is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Nutrition/Wellness Consultant who has been working with Seniors over the last decade.
